That's more in-season recognition than he's received from his football coaches in two years. That should tell him something. I will say that I do like being able to help out the coaches in baseball since I know something about playing the game, unlike football where I only know how to watch the game, and that I hope he continues to play so I can continue to be a quasi-coach, but that's the selfish side of me talking.
