I feel fine. Mostly because I employ the proper running techniques found in the book Chi Running, and I don't have a history of knee and/or joint problems to begin with.

I've lost a few lbs. Probably more than whatever muscle I've put on. Being over 35, gaining/maintaining muscle mass isn't as easy as it used to be.

so, since you stopped swimming, the runnin has to be a bit harder on your joints and whatnot. How do you feel after your workouts? And, how much weight/muscle have you lost/put on?
