I don't think people who have pets can call them their 'children' but I don't think you should have 88 dogs caged up in various degress of torture just to make money either. Just because the Baltimore judicial system is incompetent doesn't mean these other losers should just walk. (and I'm not buying that '200 murdered in cold blood' line either.
